CHEESY CHICKEN SPINACH PIZZA
Ingredients
1 cup Creamy Parmesan Artichoke Dip (see the following)
2 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 large or 2 small pre-baked pizza crusts
2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken
1 cup fresh spinach
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
CREAMY PARMESAN ARTICHOKE DIP (make 2 cups)
1 pkg. Creamy Parmesan & Artichoke Dip Mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Mix the above together.
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-low heat or oven to 400°F. Spread 1 cup of dip on pizza crusts. Top with shredded chicken, spinach and cheese. Place pizzas on aluminium foil on grill or directly on oven racks. Grill or bake until cheese is melted, about 10-12 minutes. If grilling, watch crust and turn grill down if needed, so crust does not burn before cheese melts.
* Reserve the remaining cup of dip for Pasta with Peas and Ham. Dip will last refrigerated for several days.
